On June 2, 2018, Lennyn Valerio was found lying in the roadway on Reservoir Street in Holden. He was discovered around 1:15 a.m. on June 2, 2018. His death was ruled a homicide.

It was an honor to attend the Abby's House 50th Anniversary Gala and celebrate 50 years of service to women and children throughout our community. Congratulations on this incredible milestone, and thank you for the compassion, support, and advocacy that has changed countless lives over the past five decades!

Today, we had the honor of attending the Fitchburg Community Justice Support Center Client Recognition Ceremony with the Worcester County Sheriff's Office, celebrating participants for their hard work and commitment to making positive changes. Congratulations to everyone recognized and thank you for having us!

Equipping youths with the knowledge and skills to keep themselves safe is crucial. Hope from our Outreach Team and Leicester Police Department's SRO Brooks spoke to students at Leicester Middle School about safety, the importance of speaking up, and finding trusted adults they can turn to for support. Hope from our Outreach Team presented to two great groups at the The Spanish American Center, Inc. last week. She spoke with the middle schoolers about teen dating violence and discussed bullying and empathy with the elementary school students. Thank you to Ladda Kosaketh for having us!
