Trash and recycling will not be picked up on Monday, Oct. 12, due to Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day.

This will result in a delay by one day.

Trash collection on Berkeley Street and Shamrock Street is delayed due to a road closure from construction work. This section will be completed on Saturday, 10/10.

Demolition work as part of the ongoing preservation and rehabilitation of the Ararat Street Bridge over I-190 will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 29 from 7 p.m. – 5 a.m.

During this time, Frontage Road South between West Mountain Street and I-190 southbound Exit 2 towards Ararat Street will be detoured. Please follow all detour signage. A single travel lane westbound will remain open over the Ararat Street Bridge while the detour is in effect.
