The newly renovated 44,000-square-foot Wellness Center is a place for the College and the community to come together to focus on fitness and health. Spacious and filled with natural light, the Center is designed to preserve historic architectural elements while incorporating modern amenities. It embraces Antioch College's vision of sustainability by meeting LEED standards. We will offer a wide range of programs such as, group fitness classes; spin, Zumba, dance, cardio, mind/body classes; meditation, martial arts and yoga, intramural and club sports, educational programing, outdoor expeditions, aquatic fitness, swimming and tennis lessons, personal training and much more. Child-care and programing for children will be available certain hours.

We’re excited to share that progress continues on the Wellness Center pool area reopening!
Earlier this week, the pool, spa and surrounding areas were pressure washed and the tile was disinfected. Today, the pool, including the lane lines and targets, are being painted. Once the paint has completely dried and cured, we can begin the process of refilling the pool.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work toward getting our pool reopened as soon as possible!

Wellness Center Pool & Spa Area Update

The College continues to make progress toward reopening the Pool and Spa area at the Wellness Center. The affected HVAC components are scheduled to be removed early this coming week, followed by a thorough cleaning of the pool and surrounding areas and the pool lines painting. Once the painted surfaces are completely dry, we can begin the process of refilling the pool.
We appreciate everyone's continued patience and understanding as we work toward reopening the pool and spa.

Wellness Center Pool Area Update

Beginning Thursday, October 8, the Wellness Center will begin the process of draining the pool. Once drained, the pool and surrounding stainless steel and concrete areas will be thoroughly pressure washed and cleaned, and the damaged HVAC equipment will be removed. Following the cleaning process, the pool will be refilled, the water chemistry will be balanced, and the water will be brought back to the required operating temperature. We appreciate your patience as we work through these necessary steps and will continue to provide updates on our progress and anticipated reopening.
