The Constitutional Court of South Africa has overturned the National Assembly vote that rejected the Phala Phala Report through the ANC’s parliamentary majority.

The matter has now been referred to Parliament’s Impeachment Committee for proper consideration and accountability.

President Cyril Ramaphosa will now have to answer before the law and the people of South Africa.

The fight for justice and accountability continues!

eThekwini Region Elections Convener,Cmmrs Hlengiwe Mkhaliphi , together with Coordinator Cmmrs Vuvu Mpongo , convened a meeting in the EFF North Central Sub-Region with Elections Coordinators Asanda Mzu Nyembezi and Subregional structures to discuss the way forward towards the upcoming elections.

The meeting focused on strengthening branch participation, building organisational momentum, and ensuring that all branches play an active role in campaigning and mobilisation efforts as we work towards winning wards in the coming elections.
