đź’š A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM JODI JONES
Owner of First Responder KZN

As we support Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to remind everyone that it’s okay not to be okay.

💚 Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Talk to a professional, a trusted friend, or even someone over a relaxed braai. Sometimes, simply talking can make a bigger difference than you realise.

Remember, you are loved, you are enough, and you are stronger than you know. You don’t have to face everything alone, and asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

From all of us at First Responder KZN, thank you for your continued support. We are here for you when you need us.

đźš‘ Need medical assistance! Call our team anytime on 060 601 8446.

đź’š Your life matters. Your mental health matters. And you matter.
