Connecting classroom learning with real-world expertise!
As part of the BScM Program’s Industry Infusion initiative at ADSM, students participated in an interactive workshop on HR Planning & Decision Making under the guidance of Dr. Lakshmi C.R.
The session was delivered by ADSM alumni Ms. Aysha Al Shamsi, who shared valuable industry insights through engaging discussions and real-world case scenarios.

Congratulations to our students and faculty on outstanding international research achievements!
📍 Nowaier Alqahtani presented at the ICBED Conference in New York, USA (CPD-accredited), on green consumption behavior in the UAE.
📍 Raha Alassaf presented at ICAIMT, with her paper accepted in a Scopus Q2 journal, focusing on machine learning-based electricity forecasting.
Both works were supervised by Dr. Ishtiaq Rasool Khan, Professor in Business Analytics.
