👻 Rain won't stop the fun! The ASTC Halloween Pop-Up Park is still happening tomorrow from 4:30pm to 10pm, with the cinema now moved indoors at the same location, Frank McEllister Community Park, Araluen.

See you for a frightfully fun night of movies, rides, treats and spooky surprises! 🎃🍿

💚 A quick community update 💚

With wet weather throughout the week and more rain on the way, all ASTC-owned ovals will be closed from today until the end of the weekend.

This decision has been made to protect our playing surfaces and help keep everyone safe while conditions remain wet.

Working alongside local consultancy Centred Solutions, we're listening to a wide range of voices to better understand what inclusion means to our community.

The lights are officially on at Flynn Drive Oval 🏏💡

Mayor Asta Hill joined representatives from NT Cricket and the Alice Springs Cricket Association flick the switch on the new lighting on Thursday night, before tossing the coin for the first match under lights between West and Rovers/Works.

Made possible through a partnership between Alice Springs Town Council, the Alice Springs Cricket Association and NT Cricket, and with support from the NT Government Community Benefit Fund and the Australian Cricket Infrastructure Fund, the upgrade will open the door to more sport, recreation and community activities after dark.

Whether it's cricket, training, community events or simply more time outdoors, the new lights will help Flynn Drive Oval shine long into the future
