Round 2 in the books 📚

102 - 0

A phenomenal win under head coach, Tony Adam. This leads us clear into the semi final round in 3 weeks time.

The next stage won’t be an easy one. Yet again, the boys will go back to the drawing board to improve, refine and aspire.

Regardless of the score, our VUSC students demonstrated great sportsmanship and appreciated Craigieburn for their relentless effort to keep aiming up.

We are proud of all your efforts boys 🔰💪🏾

Our Careers team will be hosting our annual Year 10 Career Panel event on Thursday 18th June from 1.45 – 3.00pm at our Senior Campus in Cairnlea.

On that day we will have representatives from a range of professions and industries to help students consider their options, when making their senior subject selections.
Participants will be organised into panels aligned with occupational fields and/or subject areas. Each panellist will speak about their backgrounds and careers, and students will be given an opportunity to ask questions to make informed decisions regarding their subject choices for 2027.

If you are in the workforce and you would be interested in sharing your career experiences with our students, please contact Ms Kristy Muratore, Careers Coordinator on 8312 0200.

U16 Storm Cup Campaign comes to an end for both our VUSC squads 🔰

With a busy term 1, our U16 Rugby League Academy students had an awesome run making it to the semi-finals for both teams. Unfortunately, both squads struggled to come out on top.

We as a school and a community are so proud of our VUSC students for displaying what it takes to aspire to achieve and deliver excellence across all aspects of the college.

This bitter sweet moment leaves our students accomplished, yet driven to strive for more through consistent training and development across the rest of the school year.

Good-luck to the 16s that go up and play 18s in Term 2!! For the other students, they will go on to participate in the 9s Gala Competition in Term 2 🤜🏾
