We also know how easily your own health and wellbeing can take a back seat when you’re putting someone else’s needs first.

That’s why we’re proud to offer FREE workouts for carers!

Whether you’re a parent, family member or support person, we want to give you the opportunity to prioritise yourself, move your body and enjoy some well-deserved time for YOU.

HOW IT WORKS
If you’re attending the gym with someone you care for, you’re welcome to train alongside them at no additional cost.

Eligibility: A Companion Card, Disability Pension Card, Carer Health Care Card or relevant NDIS plan must be presented.

SECOND IN THE WORLD — BUT FOREVER OUR NUMBER ONE!

Last night, our very own Dylan stepped onto the FMG WORLD stage and achieved an incredible SECOND PLACE IN THE WORLD!

Six months of blood, sweat, tears, sacrifice, relentless dedication and unwavering determination all came down to this extraordinary moment!

But what makes us proudest isn’t just the athlete Dylan has become, it’s the incredible human being, leader and role model he is every single day.

As our Head Personal Trainer, Dylan doesn’t just build strength. He builds confidence, inspires young people and demonstrates what commitment, resilience and believing in yourself truly look like.

A huge shoutout to our incredible Hadi! Dylan’s coach, mentor and the driving force behind so much of this success. Your dedication, knowledge and belief in Dylan have been extraordinary. This achievement belongs to you both, and we couldn’t be prouder!

What made last night even more special was having some of our Honoured crew there cheering Dylan on, alongside bumping into a very special blast from the past, Kyle, our original Concrete coach!

A beautiful reminder that Honoured is so much more than a gym. It’s a community, a family and a place where we celebrate each other’s victories.

Dylan, we are beyond incredibly proud of you and truly Honoured to have you as our number one!

Tomorrow, our very own Dylan will be stepping onto the FMG World stage!

We couldn’t be prouder of the incredible dedication, discipline and determination Dylan has demonstrated over the past six months.

Behind the scenes, there have been countless hours of training, sacrifices, early mornings and an unwavering commitment to his goals. But what makes us most proud isn’t just the physique he’s bringing to the stage, it’s the role model he continues to be for our young people, athletes and entire Honoured community.

Dylan leads by example, showing what can be achieved through hard work, consistency, resilience and believing in yourself.

A massive shoutout also goes to our incredible Coach Hadi, who will be right there supporting and coaching Dylan throughout this experience!

Tomorrow, we’ll be there cheering you on, Dylan, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch you shine!

Regardless of the results, you’re already a champion in our eyes!
