✨ 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗼𝗻 ✨

Have you visited yet? Featuring 16 large-scale charcoal and graphite works, this beautiful exhibition explores family, parenthood, identity and our relationship with the natural world.

We were lucky to recently welcome Anna to Carnarvon with her husband and children, where she guided visitors through the exhibition and shared the stories behind her artworks. Hearing firsthand about life on her multi-generational beef cattle farm, and how everyday objects are reused, repurposed and repaired, gave everyone a fresh appreciation for the resourcefulness and rhythms of rural life. 🌾

🎒 School and group excursions are welcome, with an education resource available for Years 3–12.

With this week being Children’s Week, we thought we’d share a lovely glimpse of childhood in Carnarvon from more than a century ago.
