🌸 Thank you to everyone who supported our Mother’s Day stall today 🌸

We had a wonderful turnout and it was fantastic to see so many smiles as students selected special gifts for their special someone.

For any students who still wanted to purchase a gift, the stall will be open again tomorrow.

Despite the cooler weather today, our Year 6 students are thoroughly enjoying their Aquatics activities and making the most of the experience.

📣 Year 6 Families

A reminder our Year 6’s will be attending the Aquatics Excursion tomorrow.

Students are required to be at school by 8:20am. Please check Frog or your emails for all the current details.

We are delighted to announce that our Mother’s Day Stall is returning again this year.

This is a wonderful opportunity for students to purchase a special gift for the important person in their life. The stall will be open during school hours, with a variety of affordable gifts available to choose from. Students will visit the stall with out staff during the day.

If your child would like to purchase something, please remember to send them with a small amount of cash on the day.

📣 Year 6 Families – Important Information for Secondary School 2027

Emails have been sent out today regarding the Registration of Interest for starting secondary school in 2027.

Please check your inbox for an email from the Department for Education Central Office ([email protected]) and remember to check your junk/spam folder as well.

⚠️ Important: Even if you are not planning to enrol your child in a Government high school, you are still required to complete the Registration of Interest form and indicate your intentions.

We are excited to share with our community, that some of our amazing Salisbury Downs Primary staff will be hosting a fundraising BBQ at Parafield Bunnings on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026. All funds raised will help make our Term 3 camp for our Year 5 and Year 6 students more affordable for their families/caregivers.

Bring your family, come down and grab a sausage to support our school community as we work together to make the camp experience more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Don’t forget this coming Monday 23rd March 2026 is a Student Free Day at Salisbury Downs Primary School.

We Need Your Help! - Salisbury Downs Primary School is seeking a Grounds/Maintenance Person

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic grounds/maintenance person to join our team for approximately 15 hours per week (hours can be negotiated). This vital role helps keep our school grounds safe, tidy and welcoming for all students, staff and visitors.

If you or someone you know has experience in grounds and maintenance, has a passion for creating a positive environment for children, we would love to hear from you!! Duties include gardening, general maintenance and ensuring our outdoor spaces remain well cared for.
