Families are encouraged to purchase their $𝟏 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬 before the event from the Front Office to avoid queues on the night.

Please note:
⭐ Student-run stalls will ONLY accept tokens
⭐ Food trucks and community stalls will ONLY accept cash and/or card payments

Pre-purchasing tokens is the easiest way to make sure students are ready to enjoy all the fun activities and stalls on the night! 🎉

Adelaide - Space Day Out is ready for launch 🚀🛰️👩‍🚀

Bring the whole family along for an exciting day of space discovery, hands-on activities and out-of-this-world experiences for all ages as we celebrate everything space!

Space Day Out is launching Space Week in stellar style, while also celebrating five incredible years of inspiring Australia’s next generation of space explorers at the Australian Space Discovery Centre.

Head to the main stage and hear from Aussie astronaut and 2026 Australian of the Year, Katherine Bennell-Pegg and take a selfie at a special meet and greet session between 11am - 1pm. Get a close up look at Roo-ver Mission, Australia’s lunar rover that’s going to the Moon with NASA in 2030. Explore the latest in space technology and find your place in space at our industry showcase.

Whether you dream of walking on the Moon or just love rockets and robots, this is one space adventure you won’t want to miss!

Riverdale Primary School Week 5, Term 2 2026

What an amazing day at Rec in the West! 🌈✨
Our students had the opportunity to engage with their culture through storytelling, creative dance workshops, live music and a whole lot of fun during the colour run! It was wonderful to see everyone learning, connecting and celebrating together throughout the day.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in creating such a meaningful and memorable experience for our students. 💛

This beautiful artwork, 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 by artist Scott Rathman, is one of the prizes to be won in our Rec By The River raffle.

We’re excited to kick off our mid-year transition visits starting Wednesday, June 10th at 9:00am! These fun and welcoming sessions will help children get to know their new learning spaces, meet educators, and build confidence for the next step in their journey.
