As Alison is away this Sunday, our scheduled Yin Yoga class will be delivered as:
10.30am Restorative Yoga with Maree.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming practice designed to help you slow down, release tension and fully relax. Expect supported poses held for longer periods, encouraging both physical and mental restoration.

💙 Please bring along a blanket if you have one, as it can be used for extra comfort and warmth during the class.
