72 People Vaccinated! 💉✨

A big thank you to everyone who attended our recent flu vaccination clinic, where 72 community members received their flu vaccine. We are also incredibly grateful to the wonderful team at the Multicultural and Refugee Health Service for their ongoing support, care, and dedication throughout the day.

As the colder months continue, getting vaccinated is one of the most effective ways to reduce the risk of serious illness from the flu and help protect the people around us. The vaccine supports your immune system in recognising and responding to the virus more effectively, helping to keep individuals, families, and communities healthier this winter.

If you haven’t received your flu shot yet, it’s not too late — now is the perfect time to book with your health care provider or with a chemist and stay protected🙌

📅 Upcoming Child and Family Nurse Outreach sessions

We’d like to remind you about our upcoming Child and Family Nurse Outreach sessions happening next week:

📍 Monday, 1st June 2026 at the IMS Office

📍 Friday, 5th June 2026 at Early Start Discovery Space – Start Strong

⏰ Time: 9:30am – 11:30am

These sessions provide a great opportunity to speak with a Child and Family Health Nurse, ask questions, and support your child’s development in a play-based environment.

📘 Please bring your child’s Blue Book if you have one. If not, the nurse will still be able to see your child.

We look forward to seeing you and your little ones there!

📢 No drop-in sessions for the rest of this week.

Drop-ins will resume next week as usual on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30am–12:30pm.
