A few pictures from the 9th of October 2026, one day and different moments. In the morning, workshops where young people turned climate, equality and peace into ideas. In the evening, the Awards Ceremony & Music from Movies at Novum, Brussels, in support of Save the Children Italia.

“The Voice of the Sky” was created entirely by students from 3rd Primary School of Chios, after the devastating wildfires of summer 2025.
They wrote the story and built every character, figure and landscape with their own hands, transforming their worry for the environment into a powerful call to protect it.
Watching their work, we saw creativity become courage, and a classroom become a community. For many of them, it was the highlight of the year: the moment their voices were finally heard.

When Laia received the 1st Prize and the Erika Zoi (ᴇʀɪᴋᴀ ᴢᴏɪ ᴍᴜsɪᴄ 🎶🌺 ) Special Award for Best Female Composer, we felt we were celebrating more than a beautiful composition: we were celebrating an artist who believes music can make the world more conscious, inclusive and sustainable.
Her words remind us why Leonardo 4 Children exists: to support artists who use their talent to spark reflection, dialogue and connection.

Investing in children’s talent.

Through the Diderot Project, funded by Fondazione CRT , Leonardo 4 Children rewards the creativity of schools in Piedmont and Aosta Valley: each winner receives up to €1,000 dedicated to talent development.

We give children and young people a voice on climate, equality and peace.

Sara, one of the winners of the Art & Science competition at Leonardo 4 Children 2026.
Her project on the environment touched everyone who saw it.
With sensitivity and clarity, Sara reminds us of something simple and yet so easy to forget: we have only one Earth, and we must never take it for granted.

Listening to her about her work was one of the most moving moments of this edition, this is exactly what Leonardo 4 Children is about: giving to children the space to explore, to create, and to tell us how they see the world.
