Happy 5-Year Work Anniversary! Today we celebrate not only your years of dedication, but also the incredible passion, care, and heart you have brought into your work throughout those years.
Your ability to build such strong and meaningful relationships with families, children, and fellow educators speaks so deeply to the kind of person and educator you are. Families feel welcomed, seen, and connected because of the genuine care you put into every interaction.
Your passion for loose parts and open-ended play is truly inspiring.t is beautiful to see how you embrace children’s ideas and encourage learning through play, wonder, and discovery.
Your conscientiousness and commitment never go unnoticed. You consistently go above and beyond to support the room, your team, and the children in your care. The thought, intention, and heart you bring into your work make such a positive impact on everyone around you.
Thank you for the last five years of hard work, dedication, and care. Our community is so fortunate to have you.

Every morning we dive into a world of messy play where children collaborate in creating masterpieces which includes paints and marks on their bodies too! As they use their hands to create patterns, they also shape their own experiences to become a meaningful one. Their collaboration is a strong foundation of their growing relationships. Pebbles, ECE
