And that’s a wrap for another brilliant week at the centre….we’ve danced 💃🏽🕺we’ve been to the pub 🥤🫖 we’ve been jumped at trampolining 🤸‍♀️ and we’ve ended the week with a karaoke 🎶🎤 It’s been non stop but we wouldn’t have it any other way 💜

Next week we head into Halloween week and we have some spooky, fun activities planned and our 🎃 👻 party with a delicious buffet planned 😋

💪🎨🥊 What a busy day at the Bridge Centre! 🤪

There’s been no slowing us down today! From boxing and multi-sports to helping prepare lunch and a little well-deserved ladies’ pamper time….there’s certainly been something for everyone! 🥰

While the day was winding down and everyone went home tired, our staff were still hard at work completing the final session of their three-week training programme covering medication administration and Buccal Midazolam. 📚👏

Whether it’s creating opportunities for our service users or making sure our team have the knowledge and skills to provide the very best support, there’s always something happening at the Bridge Centre!

Now… time for a sit down! 😂🙌

🍗😋 A little bit of home cooking at the Bridge Centre today! ❤️

We’ve enjoyed a lovely roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings, freshly cooked by Elaine. And if that wasn’t enough, we had a little treat for dessert… 🍎🥧

Our Monday bakers have been busy making delicious apple and cream tarts! 😍

Good food, happy faces and a lovely bit of homemade goodness! ❤️

🌟 A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO TONI! 🌟💐🍫

Last year, Toni was supported by us to take on her Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care and we can safely say it’s taken a lot of hard work, dedication, blood, sweat and tears to get there! 👏

This week, Toni received the fantastic news that she has passed with flying colours! 🎉 We’re so proud of her and all the effort she’s put into achieving this. Of course, we couldn’t let such an achievement go uncelebrated, so we treated her to some flowers and chocolates as a little thank you and well done! 💐🍫

At the Bridge Centre we are passionate about investing in our staff and supporting them to grow, learn and develop. All our staff are qualified and we actively encourage further learning and specialist training in the areas most relevant to the adults we support.

We believe that our team deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, because when we invest in our staff, we’re also investing in the quality of care, support and opportunities we provide to our service users and their families. ❤️
