Thanks to the team at Donegal County Council for inviting Holywell Trust to deliver a keynote address at their Information Day in Letterkenny on Friday.
Director Gerard Deane and Programme Manager Sara Duddy outlined the Derry City & Strabane District Council Special EU Programmes Body - SEUPB sponsored Forward Thinking Project and our DFA supported Future Relationship Conversations Project, both of which examine the constitutional future question. We also highlighted our leadership programmes, the importance of civic voice, and Holywell's shared space in the heart of Derry-Londonderry that is a safe venue for facilitating challenging discussions.
Great to meet some new faces from our new partners Inishowen Development Partnership too!

Yesterday we delivered Day One of the EXPAND (Exploring New Places & Dialogues) training on behalf of Derry City & Strabane District Council.
The day involved a 'mystery trip' for those working in the community and voluntary sector engaging in peace-building work. The group visited four different locally based organisations(many for the first time) to explore different identities, approaches to peace-building, and also have a a bit of fun!
Thanks to the Islamic Peace Centre, New Gate Arts and Culture Centre, Foyle Obon, and the Gasyard Centre/ Peacemakers Museum Special EU Programmes Body - SEUPB
