📢 FILEY RBL AGM – SAVE THE DATE!

Our Branch Annual General Meeting will take place on:

📅 Tuesday 17 November 2026
⏰ 7pm
📍 Conservative Club, Belle Vue Street, Filey

This is an important meeting where we'll review the past year's activities, discuss the future of our Branch and elect our committee for the coming year.

🤝 Could you help us make a difference?

We're looking to fill four general committee places, as well as electing our Branch Secretary. We'd love to hear from members who are willing to get involved, share the workload and help shape the future of Filey RBL.

You don't need previous committee experience – just a willingness to contribute and support our veterans, serving personnel and their families.

If you'd like to find out more or put your name forward, please contact us at [email protected] by Tuesday 10 November.

We'd love to see as many of our members there as possible. Every contribution helps us keep our Branch strong and continue supporting our local community.

Together, we can make a difference. ❤️

A big shout-out to our very own Tom Watson , who has been out in London with his RAF colleagues, raising money for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal! 🌺

It's fantastic to see Tom helping spread the Poppy Appeal message and supporting our Armed Forces community.

Thank you, Tom, and all your RAF colleagues, for your fantastic efforts. You make Filey proud! 👏

We'd also love to hear from any serving members of the Armed Forces in the local area who would like to get involved and support their local RBL branch. Your experience, ideas and support would be very welcome!

Every poppy counts. Every contribution makes a difference. ❤️
