We sat down with Tony, one of our fantastic Team Leads here at The Wise Group.

For Tony, being a great Team Lead is about helping people do their best, so they can provide the best possible support to our customers.

He knows he’s doing his job right when his team feels confident, supported and empowered - and our customers are feeling the difference. Whether that’s supporting his team to access training, listening to our mentors when its been a pretty tough day or working with our partners to make sure the people that need our support know about us, Tony is there to help keep things moving!

🎥 Hear from Tony about what makes working at The Wise Group a little bit different - “They want you to fit your own oxygen mask first.”

Our Parental Employment Support service in West Lothian has been off to a busy start!

Recently, the team had a brilliant time at the Jobs Fair at Blackburn Partnership Centre, meeting local people, chatting about their goals and sharing how our mentors can support parents on their journey towards employment.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and find out more!

Over the next few months the team are looking forward to getting out and about across West Lothian and meeting even more of you. If you are a parent looking for your next step towards employment, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Heather works at the Wise Group not just because it’s a job, but because she loves the feeling of community she gets when she walks in.

She wasn’t successful the first time she applied for her current position but she kept trying. Why? Because she knew she wanted to create a space for the people she worked with to flourish.

We are looking for the next person to make sure our hubs continue to be the welcoming spaces we want them to be. Think health and safety expertise, with a difference.

Could this be you? Apply for our Health, Safety & Workplace Lead role today.

We gave our wonderful energy team a challenge - this or that? What would you have picked? 👀

Did you know using an air fryer typically saves about 40% to 60% of the energy compared to cooking the same meal in a traditional electric oven? 👨‍🍳

Speak to our energy team today for a wee but of support with your energy costs. Let’s get it sorted before winter. 🔗 https://www.heat-thewisegroup.co.uk
