It’s a magical time of year on site and the volunteers today have been planting a green manure, phacelia, sowing , halo clearing around the bramley seedling and removing ivy from the trees. Join us on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning - fresh air, meet local people, work with nature and maybe discover something new . Full details on the what’s on page of our website.

Mud Club Bonfire Night 🔥

No fireworks needed. The dark has its own sparks. ✨Join mud club with our friend the The Marvellous Myth Hunter for an alternative to the loud bangs!

Thanks to everyone who came to the trail natural dyeing sessions. Some lovely silk scarfs and ribbons created using the Japanese indigo from our . Plus lots of people to coming to explore our wonderful community space.

Join us on Sunday 11th October 11-3 for the - natural dyeing demos and open day
As part of the wonderful Catford Arts Trail for 2026 we are open on the Sunday 11-3pm. You can just drop in anytime between but ideally let us know you are coming by booking via the what’s on page of our website.
https://wildcatwilderness.org/whats-on/gill.5201 will be demonstrating and providing information about growing and dyeing with Japanese indigo, woad and weld from our plus other flowers and plants you can dye from around our site.
As our funding with the National Lottery Community Fund has come to and end then we will be asking people for a donation. There will be a cash collection tin on the day. or you can scan the QR code and make a donation online. A big thank you to Liz and the rest of our volunteers who give up their time.
