It is a high performing, successful and oversubscribed school of some 1900+ students with a Primary, Secondary and thriving Sixth Form. Our facilities are truly outstanding, including extensive sports grounds, a swimming pool and state of the art purpose built curriculum suites including a designated Sixth Form area.

The safety of our pupils will always come first. The decision to introduce a knife arch trial with Year 10 this morning in collaboration with the police is a pro-active and preventative measure, It is not in response to a specific incident and is part of our wider commitment to safeguarding. We want to provide reassurance to our families and send a very clear message that weapons have no place in our school community. All parents have been written to explaining all details from this morning.

Duston have won the first-ever Jane Chamberlain U13 Girls County Cup, edging out Northampton School 3–2 in a fiercely competitive and entertaining final.
Goals from Izzy, Grace, and Olani proved decisive, giving Duston a strong platform before a late NS strike set up a tense finish. The girls showed real character to see the game out under pressure.
A fantastic advert for girls’ football, with both teams playing with skill, determination, and great spirit.
