🍂 Our New Autumn Tablecloths! 🍁

Today, the children got creative and made their very own tablecloths for our preschool! ❤️ We chose autumn as our theme, using red and green paint and stencils to create beautiful seasonal prints.

Our tablecloths will be used during lunchtime, providing a lovely opportunity to talk about autumn colours, leaves, fruits and other seasonal items. This is a fun way to encourage children’s language development, curiosity and learning through everyday experiences. 🌿🎨

🍂 Our Muddy Monday 🍂

Hedgehogs, Homes & Autumn Adventures

Yesterday was another magical Muddy Monday! 🦔🍂

We spent time learning all about hedgehogs — where they live, what their homes look like and what they eat. The children explored the outdoor environment, noticing the leaves, sticks, plants and natural materials all around them.

The children then got creative and designed and decorated their very own hedgehogs, using natural materials they had discovered. Once their hedgehogs were ready, we worked together to create a cosy hedgehog home, where we could carefully put them to bed. 🏡🦔

Muddy Mondays happen every week, and it is wonderful to see how much the children are developing. Each week, they are becoming more curious, confident and expressive, using more language to talk about the natural world and the environment around them.

Life can be busy, so we love creating a space where the children can slow down, explore, notice and connect with the world around them. 🌿

There is something truly magical about giving children the freedom to get muddy, get curious and learn together. 💚

Our Muddy Mondays — where little hands explore, little minds grow and nature becomes our classroom. 🍁🦔🌳

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful stallholders today, and to everyone in the community who came out to support us. ❤️

As a charity, we wholeheartedly rely on fundraising events to help us continue the work we do. Every penny raised goes directly back into our setting, helping us provide more support and opportunities for the families we work with and the wider community.

The more fundraising events we can hold, and the more support we receive, the more we can give back. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

A massive thank you to our wonderful committee who worked so hard to organise today’s event. They give up their own time and volunteer completely, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything they do behind the scenes to make these events possible. ❤️ Thank you so much for all your time, hard work and dedication — it really doesn’t go unnoticed!

A very special thank you to the lovely couple who kindly donated money to us today. Your generosity means so much. We’ve also made some wonderful new connections, and we have some very exciting fundraising events coming up — so watch this space! 👀

Thank you once again to everyone who supported us today we saw some old faces was lovely to see some of our children from last year. We hope you all have a lovely weekend! ❤️

Don’t forget — our food bank donation point opens on Monday! 🥫

If you would like to donate, anyone is welcome to leave donations outside the church between 8:30am and 3:00pm. We will have a box outside where you can safely leave your donations. The deadline for donations will be Thursday.

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Thank you so much for your continued support! ❤️
