30 years old Bala Musa Jammeh a resident of Siffoe was arrested on the 23rd May 2026 at around 05:00 hours GMT onwards with (70) bundles of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in brown papers and inside (7) separate empty rice bags.

23 years old Sulayman Jatta a Senegalese and a resident of Seyone was arrested at Abuko on the 21st May 2026 at around 05:19 hours GMT onwards with (20) bundles of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in brown paper and inside (2) separate empty flour bags with a commercial taxi, Mercedes Benz with registration number BJL 7946 T.

53 years old Nyanka Njie a resident of Gunjur was arrested on the 19th May 2026 at around 10:00 hours GMT onwards with (7) bundles of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a brown paper and inside a multi coloured flour bag.

32 years old Penda Secka and Ebrima Badjie at large and both residents of Ebotown were arrested on the 21st May 2026 at around 23:55 hours GMT onwards with (614) pills of ecstasy concealed in a transparent plastic bag.

31 years old Mariama Badjie a resident of Lamin was arrested on the 22nd May 2026 at around 00:47 hours GMT onwards with (71) pills of ecstasy concealed in a transparent paper.

23 years old Abdoulie Jallow a resident of Farato was arrested on the 21st May 2026 at around 21:30 hours GMT onwards with (2) bundles of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a brown paper and inside a multi coloured nylon bag.

20 years old Adama Badjie a resident of Balla Bassen was arrested at Sibanor Checkpoint on the 20th May 2026 at around 06:15 hours GMT onwards with (2) bundles of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in brown paper and inside a black coloured travelling bag.

48 years Isha Hydara a resident of Mariama k***a and 30 years old Amdy Faal a Senegalese were arrested on the 19th May 2026 at around 09:38 hours GMT onwards at Barra Ferry terminal with (290) pills of ecstasy concealed in foil paper, transparent plastic bag and a black coloured bag.

20 years old Adama Jallow a resident of Tanji was arrested on the 23rd May 2026 at around 07:00 hours GMT onwards with (17) parcels and (203) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white papers, black plastic bag and a multi coloured nylon bag.

25 years old Pap Ceesay a resident of Bafuloto was arrested on the 23rd May 2026 at around 13:30 hours GMT onwards with (3) parcels of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white papers and inside a black coloured bag.

33 years old Habib Badjie and 24 years old Sanna Jadama both residents of Bundung were arrested on the 24th May 2026 at around 15:31 hours GMT onwards with (4) small bags and some quantities of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk) concealed in a transparent plastic bag and inside a multi coloured nylon bag with D20, 000 dalasi which is believed to be proceeds of the illicit trade.

22 years old Algassim Bah and 22 years old Salifu Njie resident of London corner and Bakoteh were arrested on the 24th May 2026 at around 18:00 hours GMT onwards with (1) small bag and (110) wraps of suspected kush concealed in white papers and inside a transparent medical plastic bag.

36 years old Samba Sanyang a resident of Wellingara was arrested on the 20th May 2026 at around 13:55 hours GMT onwards with (6) parcels of suspected cannabis sativa and (8) small bags of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk) concealed in white paper and inside a transparent plastic bag.

19 years old Buba Badjie a resident of Mandinary was arrested at Sibanor check point on the 20th May 2026 at around 06:23 hours GMT onwards with (1) bundle of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a brown paper and a black coloured travelling bag.

22 years old Bakary Saho a resident of Lamin was arrested on the 16th May 2026 at around 18:36 hours GMT onwards with (1) wrap of suspected cannabis sativa and (42) wraps of suspected kush concealed in white papers and inside a transparent plastic bag.

18 years old Modou Jarju a resident of Kotu was arrested on the 16th May 2026 at around 19:30 hours GMT onwards with (5) small bags of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk) and (9) pills of ecstasy concealed in a transparent plastic bag.

19 years old Saikou Colley a resident of Sareh Pateh was arrested on the 16th May 2026 at around 20:15 hours GMT onwards with (4) parcels and (1) wrap of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white paper and inside a multi coloured nylon bag.

23 years old Ousman Ceesay a resident of Dippa K***a was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 16:56 hours GMT onwards with (1) parcel and (5) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white papers.

20 years old Kebba Sarr a resident of Banjul was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 17:34 hours GMT onwards with (4) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white paper and inside a black purse.

29 years old Assan Njie, 20 years old Kebba Touray and 29 years old Ass Mbye both residents of Banjul were arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 19:00 hours GMT onwards with (4) small bags of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk) concealed in a transparent plastic bag.

35 years old Dawda Njie a resident of Banjul was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 20:16 hours GMT onwards with (12) wraps of suspected kush concealed in white paper and inside a transparent medical plastic bag.

26 years old Amadou Baldeh a resident of Brufut was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 20:45 hours GMT onwards with (4) parcels and (6) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white papers and inside a black coloured sock.

30 years old Modou Khan a resident of Brufut was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 20:50 hours GMT onwards with (1) bundle and (19) parcels of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in brown and white papers and inside a multi coloured nylon bag.

18 years old Ebrima Jagne a resident of Banjul was arrested at the ferry terminal on the 18th May 2026 at around 05:30 hours GMT onwards with (3) small bags, (4) wraps of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk), (3) pieces of suspected cannabis resin (hashish) and (1) wrap of crystal m**h (M**A) concealed in a transparent plastic bag.

18 years old Adama Jaiteh a resident of Allunhari was arrested on the 18th May 2026 at around 22:28 hours GMT onwards with (2) parcels, (4) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white paper and inside a multi coloured bag.

43 years old Basirou Sumbundou a resident of Sabi was arrested on the 18th May 2026 at around 20:36 hours GMT onwards with (8) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white paper and inside a red coloured purse.

Bubacarr Bah a resident of Touba Woppa was arrested at YBK check point on the 18th May 2026 at around 14:20 hours GMT with (1) 5litres Gallon, (1) 0.5 litre bottle of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a red 5litre gallon and 0.5 litre juice bottle.

22 years old Ramatoulie Bah a resident of Bakau was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 19:00 hours GMT with (1) big stone of suspected cannabis resin (hashish) concealed in a yellow plastic bag and inside her pants.

23 years old Yankuba Keita a resident of Gunjur was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 19:00 hours GMT onwards with (45) pills of ecstasy concealed in a transparent plastic bag and placed inside the engine of a vehicle.

18 years old Alieu Bah a resident of Sanyang was arrested on the 17th May 2026 at around 17:21 hours GMT onwards with (22) wraps of suspected kush concealed in white papers and inside a transparent medical plastic bag.

All the suspects are currently under custody while further investigations into their respective matters continue.

26 years old Chiekh Diong (John) a Senegalese residing at Kaolack was arrested at Kerr Jatta check point on the 12th May 2026 at around 10:00 hours GMT onwards with (2) blocks of suspected cannabis resin (hashish) concealed in a yellow plastic bag, covered with a trouser and inside his bag.

22 year old Alasana Jarju a resident of Sinchu Wurry was arrested on the 8th May 2026 at around 19:50 hours GMT onwards with (64) bundles of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in brown paper and in five separate bags with a black motorcycle with no registration number.

38 years old Ousman Bah a resident of Dippa K***a was arrested on the 9th May 2026 at around 20:45 hours GMT onwards with (5) bundles, (20) parcels and some quantities of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a brown and white papers inside an empty rice bag.

37 years old Ebrima Faal a resident of Basse Santasu was arrested on the 12th May 2026 at around 15:55 hours GMT onwards with (43) small bags of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk) and (106) pieces of suspected cannabis resin (hashish) concealed in a transparent plastic bag and inside two separate tissue papers.

40 year old Sait Samba a resident of Bijilo was arrested on the 11th May 2026 at around 16:25 hours GMT onwards with some quantities of suspected co***ne and (3) blocks of suspected cannabis resin (hashish) concealed in a transparent and a yellow plastic bag respectively.

20 years old Yaya Manga a resident of Sanyang was arrested on the 10th May 2026 at around 18:45 hours GMT onwards with (3) bundles, (26) parcels and huge quantities of suspected cannabis sativa, (19) small bags and (82) wraps and some quantities of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk), (49) wraps of suspected kush and (19) pills of ecstasy concealed in brown and white papers, foil paper and inside a transparent plastic bag.

20 years old Abdoulie Barry a resident of New Yundum was arrested at Bullock check point on the 14th May 2026 at around 21:30 hours GMT onwards with (2) bundles of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a brown paper, a multi coloured nylon bag and inside a multi coloured travelling bag respectively.

34 years old Ebrima Samateh a resident of Farafenni Mauritani was arrested on the 15th May 2026 at around 16:13 hours GMT onwards with (1) bundle and (1) wrap of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a brown paper.

22 years old Ebrima Manneh a resident of Tanji was arrested on the 15th May at around 06:50 hours GMT onwards with (15) small bags and (42) wraps of suspected kush concealed in white paper and inside a transparent medical plastic bag.

24 years old Ebrima Conteh a resident of Brikama Kabafita was arrested on the 15th May 2026 at around 10:00 hours GMT onwards with (6) wraps of suspected cannabis ruderalis (skunk) concealed in foil paper and inside a transparent medical plastic bag.

76 years old Jan De Jader a Dutch residing at Kololi was arrested on the 18th April 2026 at around 11:50 hours GMT onwards with (24) pills of Diazepam, (14) pills of Tramadol and (18) pills of Oxazepam teva all concealed in manufacturers packages.

28 years old Raife Bojang a resident of Banjul was arrested on the 12th May 2026 at around 00:45 hours GMT onwards with (1) parcel and (1) wrap and some seeds of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white paper and a steel bowl.

19 years old Ousman Manga a resident of Sanyang was arrested on the 10th may 2026 at around 18:45 hours GMT onwards with (15) parcels and (35) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white paper and inside a multi coloured nylon bag.

41 years old Muhammed Kabir Khan an Indian residing at Fajara was arrested on the 10th May 2026 at around 19:30 hours GMT onwards with (1) small bag and (1) piece of suspected molly concealed in a white paper and inside a transparent plastic bag.

33 years old Ebrima Jatta and 26 years old Munirou Gomez both residents of Latrik***a were arrested on the 10th May 2026 at around 23:40 hours GMT onwards with (19) pills of ecstasy concealed in a transparent plastic bag.

41 years old Nfamara Jatta a resident of Gunjur was arrested on the 10th May 2026 at around 09:10 hours GMT onwards with (17) parcels and (16) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in brown and white papers.

33 years old Modou Lamin Jallow a resident of Latrik***a Sabiji was arrested on the 10th May 2026 at around 12:30 hours GMT onwards with (54) wraps of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in white papers and inside a black nylon bag.

24 years old Papa Conteh a resident of Bakoteh was arrested on the 9th May 2026 at around 21:30 hours GMT onwards with (1) bundle and (7) parcels of suspected cannabis sativa concealed in a brown and white paper and inside a red coloured travelling bag.

All the suspects are currently under custody while further investigations into their respective matters continue.
