𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐃𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆) – 𝐒𝐃𝐎 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨 proudly shares the successful participation of our DFSSLG President, Mr. Aerol E. Ortiz, together with Sir Darryle Clven Ace Borja, PDO and Sir Morlan A. Leproso, DFSSLG Teacher-Adviser President, during the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗖𝗣𝗬𝗗𝗖) held at Agri Center Conference Hall, Amas, Kidapawan City.

The meeting focused on discussions about the 2027 𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒌𝒆𝒚 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 in the province. It also served as a space for collaboration among youth leaders and stakeholders who are committed to empower young people in the Province of Cotabato. More importantly, it highlighted ongoing efforts to strengthen youth development programs that help build leadership skills, encourage civic engagement, and support the active participation of young leaders in governance and community initiatives.

We also 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙀𝙢𝙢𝙮𝙡𝙤𝙪 “𝙇𝙖𝙡𝙖” 𝙅. 𝙏𝙖𝙡𝙞ñ𝙤-𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙯𝙖, 𝙈𝙉𝙎𝘼, 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙨. 𝙇𝙖𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞 𝙔. 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙨é, 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧, for continuously creating opportunities that encourage youth involvement in governance and community development.

Our 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗚. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗩, 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗗𝗢 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼, for his approval, trust, and unwavering support for student leaders. Day 3 marked a meaningful conclusion to the Division Learners’ Convergence 2025 through a heartfelt Closing Program that celebrated shared experiences, achievements, and strengthened bonds among learners. Highlights of the day included the awarding of outstanding participants, inspiring messages from leaders, and reflections that captured the growth, unity, and leadership developed throughout the convergence.

As the curtains closed, learners carried with them renewed inspiration, deeper commitment, and a stronger sense of purpose to serve as responsible, empowered, and proactive youth leaders in their respective schools and communities. The convergence may have ended, but the journey of leadership continues. ✨

Day 2 showcased the brilliance, creativity, and confidence of learners through the much-anticipated Project Pitching, where innovative ideas and impactful solutions took center stage. Participants also engaged in dynamic Thematic Sessions, deepening their knowledge, sharpening their leadership skills, and strengthening their sense of purpose as young change-makers.

The day reached a dazzling peak with the coronation of Mr. and Ms. DLC 2025, celebrating not only grace and excellence but also intelligence, advocacy, and the true spirit of youth leadership. The second day was a powerful display of passion, talent, and unity among learners across the division. ✨

Day 1 kicked off with high energy and shared enthusiasm as learners gathered for an inspiring Opening Program, followed by meaningful Plenary Sessions that set the tone for learning and leadership. The day continued with engaging Team Building activities, fostering unity and collaboration among participants.

A historic moment marked the first-ever Pride Race and Torch Lighting, symbolizing courage, inclusivity, and shared purpose. The day concluded with a vibrant Socialization Night, strengthening bonds and celebrating the spirit of togetherness. ✨
