CAMPSITE MANAGER & MARKETING COORDINATOR
📍 Tiger Reef Campsite | Swakopmund, Namibia
Are you a dynamic, energetic and commercially minded individual with a passion for hospitality, tourism, sales and marketing?
The Lighthouse Group is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to take ownership of the daily operations of Tiger Reef Campsite while driving sales, growing our social media presence and promoting our various hospitality venues.
🌟 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Relevant qualifications and experience in hospitality, tourism, marketing or business management.
✅ Strong leadership and people-management skills.
✅ A natural salesperson with a passion for growing a business.
✅ Experience with accommodation booking and reservation software.
✅ Excellent guest relations and customer-service skills.
✅ Social media savvy, with the creativity to produce engaging content and marketing campaigns.
✅ Organized, proactive and able to work independently.
✅ Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
🏕️ Managing the day-to-day operations of the campsite.
👥 Leading and supervising staff, including the receptionist responsible for bookings.
🛒 Overseeing the campsite shop and guest facilities.
📈 Driving occupancy, sales and business development.
📱 Managing social media marketing for Tiger Reef Campsite and other Lighthouse Group venues.
🤝 Building relationships with guests, tourism operators and business partners.
