Position: Group Operational Excellence Manager

The Lighthouse Group is seeking a highly experienced hospitality professional who has grown up in the restaurant industry and understands, instinctively, what excellence looks like.

This is not an office position. This is a hands-on, on-the-floor operational role for someone with a sharp eye, high standards, and deep industry understanding.

The Role:
You will move between our hospitality venues during operating hours, ensuring service excellence, operational precision, and brand consistency at all times.

You will be responsible for identifying and correcting:
Service inconsistencies and guest experience gaps.
Waiter presentation, grooming and uniform compliance.
Bar presentation, stock levels and cleanliness.
Floor layout, table settings and hygiene standards.
Broken bulbs, chipped plates, cracked glasses.
Equipment faults and maintenance oversights.
Speed of service issues.
Team attitude and floor energy.
Compliance with company standards.

You will not manage from behind a desk — you will manage by observation, correction, coaching, and follow-through.

Who We Are Looking For:
Someone who has grown up in the restaurant industry.
Minimum 3+ years hospitality experience (floor or management level)
Extremely detail-oriented.
Naturally observant and assertive.
Confident correcting staff respectfully but firmly.
Strong understanding of bar operations and service flow.
High personal standards of presentation.
Solutions-driven and proactive.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends.

You must be someone who walks into a space and immediately sees what is wrong — and knows how to fix it.
