Slipway of Mandume Ndemufayo Road into Auas Road is closed

Blackwood Street and Netball Streets into Auas Road also closed

Sam Nuyoma drive on ramp from western bypass one lane from west to east- closed due to road constructions

Off-ramp from Auas Road into Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue – Closed.

Kasino Street – Closed on both sides; no entry due to construction.

SCAM ALERT: FAKE TRAFFIC FINE PAYMENT NOTICE

The Namibian Police Force hereby warns the public not to fall victim to scammers impersonating traffic officers using the phone numbers +63960141414 and +639392485807 or any other number. These callers demand payment for fake traffic violations.

Do not send any money or share personal information. Please take note that Legitimate traffic fines are never collected through phone calls.

If you receive such a call, hang up immediately and report it to your nearest police station or traffic law enforcement unit.

Stay alert. Don’t be intimidated.

Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue and Auas road flashing red.

ROADWORKS / OBSTRUCTIONS
CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITION

Traffic conditions has changed on Auas Rd towards Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue,

The existing South and North bound lanes will be closed. The newly completed road running across has been completed and is open up to vehicular traffic as of yesterday.

Backwood Street and Stadium Streets intersecting with Auas are closed for motorist, meaning one cannot join Auas Road.

Sam Nuyoma Drive on ramp from Western Bypass one lane from West to East - closed due to road constructions

Off-ramp from Auas Road into Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue – Closed.

Kasino Street – Closed on both sides; no entry due to construction.
