𝟰 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

The 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗖𝗔𝗢) successfully concluded its 𝟰-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿, held from 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, with two batches of participants composed of frontline personnel from accommodation establishments across Alaminos City and ACTCAO staff.

The training was designed to strengthen the 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 of tourism frontliners who serve as the city's first point of contact for visitors. Through engaging discussions and practical insights, participants gained valuable knowledge and skills in 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the warmth and hospitality of Alaminos City.

The seminar was facilitated by 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗜 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼𝗶𝘀, while the entire training was expertly conducted by 𝗖𝗚𝗗𝗛-𝗜 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗟. 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻, whose inspiring discussions empowered participants to become more confident, competent, and service-oriented in their respective roles.

By equipping our tourism stakeholders with the right 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲, we strengthen our collective mission of delivering the 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗙𝗕𝗦𝗘) and creating meaningful experiences for every visitor who chooses Alaminos City.

🚨 PUBLIC ADVISORY | TOURISM SATELLATE OFFICE

The Tourism Satellite Office at Bued Mangrove Eco Park is now OPEN to the public.

However, due to the ongoing road repair works in the area, only motorcycles and tricycles are currently allowed to enter and pass through the access road leading to the site.

Visitors planning to experience the Hundred Islands National Park through this gateway are advised to take note of this temporary traffic restriction and make the necessary travel arrangements.

For those travelling with four-wheeled vehicles, other official gateways remain available:

The Alaminos City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (ACTCAO) warmly welcomed the delegation from the Municipality of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro for a benchmarking activity focused on tourism development and destination management.

Representing ACTCAO, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗟. 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻, City Tourism Officer, shared valuable insights into the management and sustainable practices implemented at the Hundred Islands National Park (HINP), highlighting visitor management, environmental stewardship, stakeholder collaboration, and community participation in tourism.

The delegation was also oriented on the rules and guidelines governing island tours, emphasizing safety protocols, responsible tourism, and conservation measures that help preserve the natural beauty of the islands for future generations.

Through this exchange of knowledge and best practices, both local government units strengthened their shared commitment to sustainable, responsible, and community-driven tourism.
