Noong Mayo 29 sa Tourism Pavilion, nakipagpulong tayo sa mga opisyal ng barangay mula sa Orani, Limay, Orion, Bagac, at Morong upang talakayin ang kalagayan ng mga programa at proyektong ipinatutupad sa kanilang mga komunidad at ang mga paraan upang lalo pa itong mapabuti.

Maraming salamat sa ating mga opisyal ng barangay sa kanilang dedikasyon at malasakit sa kanilang mga kabarangay. Sa pamamagitan ng ating pagtutulungan, mas mapapalakas natin ang mga serbisyong makatutulong sa pag-unlad ng bawat pamilyang Bataeño.

The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines is pleased to announce the release of the 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐏𝐏 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐏𝐏 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬.

Intended for Local Government Units (LGUs), Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), Local Sanggunians, LUC Boards, Regional Development Councils (RDCs), and Regional PPP Committees (RPPPCs), this toolkit provides ready-to-use templates for letters, notices, memoranda, ordinances, and resolutions to help streamline the processing of local PPP projects in compliance with PPP Governing Board Resolution No. 2025-06-02 or the Amended Guidelines and Procedures for the Review and Approval of Local PPP Projects by the Appropriate Approving Body.

On May 29, the Bataan PPP and Investment Center convened with barangay representatives to discuss opportunities that can bring added services and sustainable income to local communities.

Key initiatives presented included the rollout of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) across Bataan and the PHILPost Barangay Postal Station Program—both aimed at supporting innovation, accessibility, and inclusive local development.

Together, we continue building a greener and more progressive Bataan.

✨ Eid al-Adha Mubarak! ✨

Eid al-Adha directly commemorates Prophet Abraham's (Ibrahim PBUH) total submission to God when he was commanded to sacrifice his son, Ishmael (Ismail).

Eid al-Adha marks the end (or culmination) of the annual Hajj pilgrimage.While Hajj itself typically lasts for about 5 to 6 days, Eid al-Adha falls on the 10th day of the Islamic lunar month of Dhul-Hijjah, bringing the major rites of the pilgrimage to a close.

Here is how the timeline works:Day 1 (8th of Dhul-Hijjah): Hajj officially begins. Pilgrims travel to Mina and enter the state of Ihram.Day 2 (9th of Dhul-Hijjah): The Day of Arafat, which is considered the peak and most important day of Hajj. Pilgrims spend the day in prayer and supplication.Day 3 (10th of Dhul-Hijjah): Eid al-Adha. Pilgrims perform the stoning of the Jamarat, shave their heads, and perform the ritual animal sacrifice (Qurbani). It is also the day Muslims worldwide celebrate the festival.Days 4-6 (11th to 13th of Dhul-Hijjah): Pilgrims complete the remaining final stoning rituals and farewell circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada) around the Kaaba, formally concluding the pilgrimage.

On 26 May 2026, the Bataan Public-Private Partnership and Investment Center facilitated a meeting with MTD Philippines, Inc., the Office of the Provincial Legal Officer, and Governor Joet Garcia.

The meeting focused on the proposed amendments to the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) for the Bataan Government Center and Central Business Hub Project, including a brief discussion on The Pylon or Bunker II Project.

Through this initiative, the Bataan Public-Private Partnership and Investment Center continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainable infrastructure development, effective public-private partnership governance, and the delivery of quality programs and services that will benefit and better serve the Bataeños.
