In observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day 2026, Police Station 3, Mandaue City Police Office, under the leadership of PMAJ MIKHAIL M MALLORCA, Station Commander, reminds the public to observe the following cemetery DO’s and DON’Ts to ensure public safety, peace, and order during the observance.

✅ DO’s
• Observe cemetery rules and regulations.
• Keep personal belongings secure and remain vigilant.
• Follow the instructions of police personnel and security marshals.
• Keep the surroundings clean and dispose of garbage properly.
• Immediately report suspicious activities or emergencies to authorities.

❌ DON’Ts
• Do not bring prohibited items, dangerous weapons, or illegal substances.
• Do not leave valuables unattended.
• Do not engage in unnecessary arguments, disturbances, or unruly behavior.

DRUG ABUSE: KNOW THE DANGERS; YOUR CHOICES TODAY SHAPE YOUR FUTURE

In line with the commitment to promote a safe, healthy, and drug-free community, personnel of Police Station 3, Mandaue City Police Office, led by PMAJ MIKHAIL M MALLORCA, Station Commander, conducted an anti-drug abuse lecture to the Grade 6 students of Leonard Wood Elementary School on October 21, 2026, at around 3:00 PM.

The lecture emphasized the dangers and harmful effects of illegal drug use, highlighting how the choices young people make today can shape their future. Through awareness and education, students were encouraged to make responsible decisions, resist peer pressure, and choose a healthy, productive, and drug-free lifestyle.

The activity was held in coordination with Ms. Racquel Y. Mendoza, School Principal, and Ms. Jovelyn B. Bonol, NDEP Coordinator, strengthening the partnership between the police and the school in protecting children from the dangers of drug abuse.

Together, let us guide our youth toward a brighter future because every good choice today is an investment in a better tomorrow!

SQUAD WEEKLY INTERACTIVE MEETING (SWIM)

In support of personnel development and holistic well-being, the personnel of Police Station 3, Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) conducted its Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) on October 21, 2026, with the participation of Life Coach Pastor Vengie Alterado.

The activity provided an opportunity for personnel to reflect, share insights, strengthen camaraderie, and gain valuable guidance on personal growth, emotional well-being, and positive values. It also reinforced the importance of teamwork, mutual understanding, and maintaining a healthy and supportive workplace.

Under the leadership of PMAJ MIKHAIL M.
