To institutionalize efficient oversight over field monitoring progress, the Provincial Project Monitoring Team (PPMT) accelerated its operations this May, facilitating critical site validations and final inspections across the municipalities of Sasmuan, Lubao, and Magalang.
In a remote coastal settlement in the Municipality of Sasmuan, Pampanga, the PMT, together with engineers from the DILG Regional Office III โ Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU), conducted a site validation for the โUpgrading of Farm-to-Market Road in Brgy. Mabuanbuanโ project funded under the FY 2026 LGSF-SBDP. Once completed, the said road will serve as a lifeline for residents living in water-bound communities by improving access to markets, essential services and livelihood opportunities.
Meanwhile, in Lubao, Pampanga, another FY 2026 LGSF-SBDP project was validated namely, "Construction of a Two-Storey School Building" which ensures the safe and efficient construction of classrooms, fostering a better learning environment for the young residents.
Fostering its commitment to local security, the PMT concluded its final inspection of the FY 2024 SGLGIF "Supply and Delivery of Mobile Police Post" project in Magalang. The mobile unit is designed to bolster emergency readiness and fortify public order through provision of on-the-ground essential services and real-time traffic oversight.
By means of thorough on-site verification and technical review, DILG Pampanga ensures that these farm-to-market, educational infrastructure, and local security initiatives turn into meaningful and functional development intended to improve mobility, support learning, and strengthen community safety.
