The Department of Health Central Luzon Center for Health Development will be CLOSED on Thursday, May 7, 2026, in celebration of the Jose Abad Santos Day.

Please be advised that December 11, has been declared a special non-working holiday in the Province of Pampanga under Proclamation No. 2226, in commemoration of the province’s founding anniversary.

Office operations will resume on December 12, 2025. Please be guided accordingly.

Please be advised that December 8, 2025 (monday) is declared as a non-working holiday throughout the country to commemorate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.

Office operations will resume on December 9, 2025. Please be guided accordingly.

Pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No 106, work in government offices across Central Luzon is suspended on November 10, 2025 (Monday) due to the forecasted major impact of Super Typhoon Uwan.

Please be guided accordingly.

JUST IN: Malacañang, through Memorandum Circular No. 106, suspends work in government offices and classes on Monday (Nov. 10, 2025) in the National Capital Region, Cordillera, and Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII as Super Typhoon (Fung-wong) barrels through Luzon with destructive winds and torrential rain.

Meanwhile, classes at all levels in the aforementioned regions, as well as in Regions VI, VII, and the Negros Island Region, are suspended on Nov. 10 and 11.

“Agencies responsible for basic, vital, and health services, preparedness and response duties must continue to remain operational,” the circular read.

Malacañang said other government offices in affected areas may adopt alternate work arrangements to ensure the continuity of essential functions.

Local governments outside the listed regions are authorized to issue their own class and work suspensions as needed. | Darryl John Esguerra
