Pursuant to MalacaΓ±ang Memorandum Circular No 106, work in government offices across Central Luzon is suspended on November 10, 2025 (Monday) due to the forecasted major impact of Super Typhoon Uwan.
Please be guided accordingly.
JUST IN: MalacaΓ±ang, through Memorandum Circular No. 106, suspends work in government offices and classes on Monday (Nov. 10, 2025) in the National Capital Region, Cordillera, and Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII as Super Typhoon (Fung-wong) barrels through Luzon with destructive winds and torrential rain.
Meanwhile, classes at all levels in the aforementioned regions, as well as in Regions VI, VII, and the Negros Island Region, are suspended on Nov. 10 and 11.
βAgencies responsible for basic, vital, and health services, preparedness and response duties must continue to remain operational,β the circular read.
MalacaΓ±ang said other government offices in affected areas may adopt alternate work arrangements to ensure the continuity of essential functions.
Local governments outside the listed regions are authorized to issue their own class and work suspensions as needed. | Darryl John Esguerra
