Rather than using general statements, we focus on naming the behaviour we want to encourage and linking it to the value behind it. This helps children recognise what they did well and understand the positive values behind their actions.

At CSLMCH, this is part of the Trauma-Informed Positive Behavioural Interventions and Supports (TI-PBIS) framework we use, where positive reinforcement supports meaningful and lasting behaviour change in our residents.

Over the weekend, our residents and their families came together for a meaningful family bonding outing at Snow City Singapore. ❄️

Families experienced snow play in the simulated winter environment, followed by a hands-on ice cream-making session. The outing was thoughtfully organised to strengthen relationships between residents and their loved ones through shared experiences and quality time together. 🍦❤️

A huge thank you to all the families, volunteers and staff who made the day so memorable!
