Uttar Pradesh stands out as a high-growth investment destination, driven by strong macroeconomic fundamentals and rapid industrial expansion. With a ~US$340 billion economy and a consumer base of ~250 million, the State offers unmatched scale and demand. Its strategic location, supported by robust infrastructure spanning expressways, freight corridors, and global gateways such as the Noida International Airport, positions it as a key logistics and manufacturing hub in India.
Home to nearly 10 million SMEs, Uttar Pradesh also hosts a rapidly expanding electronics and semiconductor ecosystem, alongside a growing base of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), IT/ITES, and digital services. The State aspires to become a US$6 trillion economy by 2047 and remains actively open to new investments and collaborations.
Delegates can expect first-hand exposure through visits to major OEMs and industrial anchors, curated SBF-vetted B2B matchmaking sessions, strategic dialogues with government stakeholders, and in-depth insights into policies, incentives, value chains, and practical market entry pathways.
This programme is especially valuable for companies seeking to better understand where the most credible opportunities lie across electronics, semiconductors, logistics, engineering, real estate, and digital value chains, as well as who the key market players are and what it takes to successfully establish and scale in Uttar Pradesh.

A week of meaningful progress at — reinforcing the shift from ambition to action.
Over three impactful days, brought together more than 1,000 participants from 90 countries, alongside 30+ workshops and side events, and 21 exhibitors featured at the Marketplace.
The Singapore Business Federation was pleased to support the World Bank in delivering this year’s edition of I4C in Singapore, convening stakeholders across the carbon markets ecosystem to advance high-integrity carbon markets, climate finance, and practical solutions for the net-zero transition.
From policy discussions to implementation pathways, the conversations highlighted both the scale of the challenge and the growing momentum across the ecosystem to translate ambition into real-world outcomes. It was especially encouraging to see strong international participation and deepening engagement across ASEAN markets.
SBF remains committed to working with our partners to support the net-zero transition and drive practical, scalable outcomes for businesses.

Businesses need more than access to financing. They need the right guidance and support.
Recent findings from the SBF Enterprise Financing Survey 2026 also highlight growing gaps in financial readiness, with 58% of businesses rating their financial literacy as moderate or below. Businesses are increasingly seeking more structured financing guidance, practical tools and one-to-one advisory support to navigate a more complex operating environment.
To help businesses navigate these challenges with greater confidence, SBF and Enterprise Singapore have launched the Centre for Enterprise Financing Advisory (CEFA).
CEFA is a one-stop platform that connects businesses to:
• Financing guidance
• Capability-building resources
• Ecosystem partners
Supported by leading financial institutions and ecosystem partners, CEFA reflects a shared commitment to strengthening financing support for Singapore businesses through more coordinated guidance and resources.

Yesterday, SBF and Enterprise Singapore launched the Centre for Finance and Enterprise Advisory (CEFA), a new centralised advisory platform designed to help businesses strengthen financial literacy and resilience.
The launch brought together business leaders, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders to discuss how businesses can better navigate today’s financing environment.
Ms Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, delivered the opening address, highlighting the importance of strengthening financial capabilities and resilience as businesses navigate an increasingly complex operating landscape.
Through CEFA, businesses can access support in areas including:
• Financing readiness
• Financial planning and advisory
• Risk management
• Access to financing support and resources
As businesses adapt to rising costs and evolving market conditions, stronger financial capabilities will be critical to long-term resilience and growth.
SBF will continue working closely with partners across the ecosystem to help businesses strengthen resilience, build financial confidence, and navigate transformation opportunities with greater clarity.
We also thank our industry partners who joined the CEFA launch and MoU Display Ceremony, CIMB Singapore, DBS, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC, RHB Singapore, Standard Chartered Singapore and UOB, for their shared commitment to supporting stronger financial capabilities and resilience for businesses in Singapore.
