Tobago Library Services is the designated body within the THA responsible for the management, coordination and development of library services in Tobago.

Please be advised of temporary changes to operating hours at the Scarborough Library, Roxborough Branch Library and Charlotteville Branch Library due to Tobago Carnival 2026.

All three libraries will be closed on Saturday 31st October and Monday 2nd November 2026. Normal operations will resume on Tuesday 3rd November 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

The Charlotteville Branch Library joined in acknowledging Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a special display to highlight the importance of breast health, early detection, and self-care.

We encourage all women to make their health a priority, schedule regular check-ups, learn the signs to look out for, and encourage the women they love to do the same. Remember, taking care of yourself is an act of love, too!

Let’s continue to spread awareness, share knowledge, and stand together in support of those affected by breast cancer.
