Heidi has been in sales for the last 38 years, over 20 of those
as a full-time Realtor in the Alexandria lakes area. I have the privilege of working
my real estate business in Alexandria, a growing, thriving close-knit community
with strong values. When I am not working, I love spending time with family
including three grandbabies, time on the lake & spending time with friends
walking & biking. Douglas County and our surrounding area has something for
everyone from our endless parks, Central Lakes Trail with miles of bike &
walking trails, and over 350 lakes to satisfy the avid fisherman or recreation
seekers, theater, thriving downtown, excellent restaurants, breweries & wineries. I love working with buyers and sellers at all price points
from the excited first-time home buyer, family moving into our area, needing
more space or downsizing to the buyer looking for a 2nd home on the
lake or investor looking for an investment property. I have the experience, expertise, and negotiating skills to
navigate you through this challenging market. I want to make your buying or selling experience enjoyable
& stress-free.

5 things every homeowner should do before winter (yep, it’s coming!) ❄️

1. Clean your gutters to prevent clogs and ice dams.

2. Disconnect garden hoses and winterize outdoor faucets.

3. Schedule a furnace tune-up

1. Seal windows and doors to keep cold air out and heat in.

2. Inspect your roof and trim trees to prevent winter storm damage.

A little fall maintenance now can help prevent costly repairs later!
