Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend! While getting that "extra" hour of sleep is nice, the "Fall Back" transition can still disrupt your body’s internal clock, potentially affecting your sleep quality and overall well-being.

Here’s how to support your health this weekend:
Ease into it: Try adjusting your schedule (bedtime and meals) by just 15 minutes a day leading up to Sunday.

Keep your routine: Resist the temptation to stay up much later this weekend, even with the time change. Consistency is key for restful sleep.

Seek morning light: As days shorten, prioritize exposure to natural morning light to help recalibrate your body clock.

Be patient: Give your body a few days to fully adjust to the new schedule.
A smooth transition helps maintain your energy and focus. If you struggle with sleep issues or need guidance on healthy routines, we're here to help!

While your phones and smart devices will update automatically, don't forget to set the clocks on appliances back one hour before bed on Saturday night!
