On Item 38 the Board adopts staff recommendation to approve a list of approved Applications for 2026 Housing Tax Credits (HTC) in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code §2306.6724(e).

To be clear, this list of “approved Applications” is the list of applications eligible to receive an award later when the Board makes its award determinations on July 23.

Final item, Item 38, is possible action to issue a list of approved Applications for 2026 Housing Tax Credits (HTC) in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code §2306.6724(e).
