The AGC Texas Building Branch 2026 Annual Convention had many informative sessions including Texas Legislative Updates, Best Practices faced with ICE Enforcement, K-12 Construction Issues, Hidden Site Risks, Texas Business Courts & 15th Court of Appeals, and so much more!

Thank you to Chief Justice Scott Brister, Robert Spence Howden from Governor Abbott’s office, and Texas Representatives Mando Martinez and Vince Perez, for the Texas Legislative updates. Special thanks to AGC CEO Jeff Shoaf for an Associated General Contractors of America update and support of our Texas chapters.
