This year, the Twin Buttes/Parshall-Lucky Mound Outreach Office has partnered with the Four Bears Segment Bismarck Outreach Office to host this years Halloween Masquerade Powwow!

Special thanks to Councilman Cory Spotted Bear, Mervin Packineau, and Robert White for allowing us to put this event on. In addition, thank you to Councilman Fred Fox for providing the meal.

Tribal/local community Informational booths will be set up to answer any questions regarding their respective departments. Come enjoy some Halloween games, door prizes, finger foods, & the Masquerade Powwow!

We look forward to seeing everyone and their costumes!
