The goal of Industrial Commission Rehabilitation Consultants is to return the injured worker back to the labor market as close as possible to his or her pre-injury status and wage. Through our rehabilitation services, employers may experience a reduction in time loss expenditures, and the injured worker may experience an easy and timely return to the labor market.
As a neutral party coordinating return-to-work efforts with the injured worker, employer, insurance company, physician, attorney, and other individuals involved in the industrial claim, we can assist with the vocational aspects related to the claim. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions. By doing so, we aim to reduce costs and insurance expenditures while increasing productivity and facilitating an early return to employment.

With ten locations across the state of Idaho, we have an office near you with a staff committed to helping your employee return to work in a capacity that aligns with their physical abilities and is as close as possible to their pre-injury wages.

At the Industrial Commission, our employees aren’t just colleagues—they’re part of our extended family. It’s their kindness, passion, and dedication that make our work meaningful and drive our mission to serve the State of Idaho. We’re deeply thankful for each of them. To express our appreciation, our leadership team happily rolled up their sleeves and cooked up a pancake breakfast buffet for everyone at our employee appreciation breakfast.
