Signatures can change. If election officials have a question about yours, you have a chance to resolve it.

In partnership with the Nevada Broadcasters Association, our Signature Verification video explains why you need to sign your mail ballot return envelope and what happens if your signature doesn’t match your voter record.

Keep an eye out for messages from your state and county elections office after returning your ballot. If you need to confirm your signature—a process called “curing”—visit Cure.NV.gov.

Behind every election are people who show up for their communities. Ahead of Election Hero Day, Secretary Aguilar hosted a Veterans Appreciation Day event with Vet the Vote at veteran-owned small business Mr. Pickleball to recognize another way to serve: helping run our elections.

Vet the Vote recruits veterans and military family members to serve as poll workers, bringing their dedication to service to polling places in their communities.
