Did you know? October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)!

At the Wyoming Council for Women, we know that building a stronger economy means creating accessible workplaces where every woman has the opportunity to thrive. Women with disabilities bring vital talent, innovation, and leadership to Wyoming’s workforce every single day.

Whether you run a local small business, manage a team, or advocate in your community, creating accessible opportunities benefits us all. Check out the resources provided by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to learn how to support employees and business owners with disabilities across our state: https://dws.wyo.gov/dws-division/vocational-rehabilitation/
