🥕 Bringing fresh food and care directly to the community. 💚

Through the Delaware Grocery Initiative, La Red Health Center and Unique Minds Change Lives each received grant funding to expand their impact and help more people access fresh, healthy food.

Both organizations plan to use their funding to purchase transportation, bringing groceries directly to individuals and families who may not be able to visit their locations themselves.

These may be small spaces, but they serve an important purpose. By meeting people where they are, these organizations are extending their reach, removing barriers to food access and making a meaningful difference in their communities.
We’re proud to support the organizations working every day to make healthy food more accessible to Delawareans! 🍎
