PG&E is proud to support California’s restaurant community through its sponsorship of Restaurants Care, a program of the California Restaurant Foundation. Since 2021, the Restaurants Care Resilience Fund has awarded more than $11 million to over 2,000 independent restaurants, caterers, and food trucks across the state—providing critical support for long-term stability.
This year, eligible food businesses can apply for grants of up to $5,000 to support: • Equipment upgrades • Workforce development • Technology enhancements • Unexpected hardships
The application window is open June 1–June 30, with awards announced in the fall.
In addition, Restaurants Care offers year-round relief grants of up to $2,500 for food and beverage workers experiencing personal hardship.
