If you have a scheduled appointment that says we will call you between 8:00-3:00 pm:
Wait until we call you! Do not try to call in yourself.
We will call and attempt to leave a voicemail up to 3 times.
If your voicemail is not set up or full, the call will be considered a failed call.
If you call back after a voicemail is left, you will be automatically placed in the appointment queue until 3 pm, you will likely be placed on hold until your turn.

If no VM is left, you abandon the call or the call is failed, your call will go through the call center, adding additional wait time before passed through
to the appropriate queue.

There may be a lengthy wait time in any circumstances due to call volume.
