Years before Illinois adopted new legislation limiting cell phone use in schools, ETHS implemented a bell-to-bell cell phone policy designed to support student learning and engagement. Associate Principal Dr. Robinson spoke with NBC Chicago's Lexi Sutter today about the policy's impact and what schools can learn from our experience as districts across the state begin adapting to the new requirements.
