Storytime is kicking off the summer this Tuesday June, 2nd at Garfield Park! Join us for books, ice cream and tie dye t-shirts! 📖🌈😎🍦T-shirts will be available while supplies last.

CREATE art camp is a great summer program for kids to have fun, get creative, and make friends! Not to mention, they’re a long time Storytime supporter! Check them out this June 😊

Hello everyone! My name is Cora, I’m interning this summer for Storytime in the Park as an events assistant! I’m super excited to be apart of this community and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone. Since we’re just ONE week away from our first night, I thought I’d introduce myself.😁 A little about me- I’m studying Hospitality and Tourism Management at GVSU in hopes to be an Event Planner in the future! I’m also from the east side of Michigan, a small town called Romeo about 45 minutes north of Detroit. You’ll see me around on Tuesdays so feel free to say hello, and ask me any questions you may have. See you next week! 👋👋

Storytime in the Park- Garfield Book Suggestions

We're gearing up for Storytime this summer! We were able to collect TONS of great books for this summer. Thank you Storehouse of Community Resources for having us!

Storytime’s first event is taking place Tuesday, June 2nd from 6:30-8:00pm. Cant wait to see everyone!

The countdown is on for Storytime's 17th year! Thank you to the GVSU Education Alumni Network who helped sort and prepare books for our first night of Storytime on June 2! We are looking forward to another fabulous summer!
