Civics in action at Homer!

Our 11th graders gathered in the high school library for a special civics presentation hosted by the Offices of the New York State Inspector General!

Students got an inside look at how state government operates, investigative oversight, and pathways into public service.

A special thank you to Homer resident and alumnus Joel Mercer, Deputy Chief of Investigations for the Western Region, for coming back to speak to our juniors!
