Since joining PRS in 2017, Crystal has grown from Administrative Coordinator to Accounting Manager, now leading a team of four with professionalism, heart, and clarity.

Known for her calm leadership and ability to simplify the complex, Crystal creates a supportive, positive environment where her team feels seen and empowered every day.

Described as an “office superhero,” she leads with confidence, kindness, and a true passion for making an impact—both in the office and in our communities.

Through our Good Neighbor Program, our South Texas RSCs are connecting residents with essential health services, education, and support with incredible community partners.

✨ Huge thank you to Care Guardians in Brownsville, TX for promoting healthy living through in-home provider and nursing education, free medical support, and creating joyful moments with games, treats, and connection.

✨ Shoutout to Cameron County Veterans Service for showing up for our veterans—providing onsite applications, guidance, and even immediate utility assistance to those in need.

✨ And thank you to Cameron County Public Health & Healthy Brain and Aging for empowering our residents with resources on wellness, aging, and local health services across the Harlingen area.

Our residents didn’t just receive services, they felt seen, supported, and part of something bigger 🤍

From community celebrations to hands-on homebuyer workshops, using our corporate initiatives we’ve been proud to bring residents together to honor home while building pathways to homeownership. 🏡✨

Through education on credit, budgeting, and the homebuying process, paired with moments of connection, games, movies and resident engagement.

With 30+ years of impact in affordable housing and a journey that began as a resident, Ja’net’s leadership continues to shape policy, strengthen partnerships, and expand equitable housing opportunities for families, seniors, and veterans across Texas and beyond.

We’re excited to share that Portfolio Resident Services has officially expanded into Florida, marking our presence in 15 states nationwide.

This milestone reflects our continued commitment to strengthening communities through meaningful resident supportive services and strategic programming that supports community stability and long-term impact.

Iliana began her journey with PRS as a temporary recruiter, quickly standing out for her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Within a few months, she transitioned into a full-time role as Payroll Administrator, where her impact and reliability became clear. Her role has since expanded to support payroll across multiple Inter-Faith Group entities.

A major milestone in Iliana’s professional journey is her recent achievement of earning an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. Driven by a passion for HR and helping others, she pursued her degree to deepen her understanding of employment practices and become a trusted resource for both employees and leadership. Iliana is excited to apply her knowledge in meaningful ways that strengthen people, processes, and organizational success.

Looking ahead, Iliana is eager to continue expanding her HR expertise, take on greater responsibility, and grow alongside the Inter-Faith Group. We’re proud to celebrate her accomplishments and grateful for the dedication she brings to our teams. Thank you for all that you do Iliana!

Neighborhood Development is more than a service; it’s a commitment to community.

At PRS, our Resident Services Coordinators intentionally build relationships that connect residents to the people and resources that strengthen their neighborhoods. Through partnerships with local law enforcement, health providers, and local small and corporate businesses, our teams plan and execute meaningful, consistent programming that brings communities together. We are creating stability and opportunity that extends beyond housing and supports residents at every stage of life.

This Spirit of Giving season, our Resident Services Coordinators brought residents, volunteers, and community partners together through meaningful connections and supportive services which included:
