Our proprietary software is instrumental in delivering a uniform, high-quality level of service throughout our portfolio by monitoring trends such as resident participation, donations, and successes. Our enhanced programming, which includes video supported programs targeted for specific audiences with topics like women empowerment and teen self-esteem, has allowed PRS to create effective impact with less hours so that properties who may have cash flow restraints also benefit from our professional level services.

Operational readiness during peak hurricane season protects both residents and physical assets. With the Atlantic Hurricane Season running from June 1 through November 30 and activity peaking October

Portfolio Resident Services partnered with Harris County Homeland Security & Emergency Management to deliver an onsite Emergency Preparedness workshop. Facilitated by Daisy Campos, the session featured educational videos, interactive Q&A, and comprehensive Emergency Packets tailored for adults and children. These targeted programs enhance community resilience, fulfill compliance standards, and safeguard property values across our footprint.

When local partners unite, incredible things happen right inside our communities! Our Resident Services Coordinator brought together over 100 residents for a vibrant Back-to-School event powered by a remarkable local partner ecosystem. Thanks to the hands-on collaboration of Walgreens, Community Health Choice, Molina Healthcare, the Harris County Public Library Curiosity Cruiser, local barbers, salon professionals, and H-E-B, families received backpacks, school supplies, free flu shots, haircuts, braids, and refreshments.

Our dedicated Resident Services Coordinators thrive on building these multi-sector partner networks that deliver comprehensive support, turning affordable housing properties into connected, thriving neighborhoods.

Children at Cathy's Pointe enjoyed a fun and engaging afternoon during our Healthy Snacks Program, made possible through a generous partnership with Kids Café. Children gathered to share nutritious snacks while spending time socializing and building friendships in a positive, welcoming environment. The program not only provided access to healthy food options but also encouraged conversation about making better snack choices. Smiles, laughter, and full tummies made it a successful day, reinforcing the importance of community, connection, and wellness for our youth.

Meet Delia, with over 10 years with Portfolio Resident Services, Delia’s passion has always been serving others and making a difference in her community.

After seven years as a Resident Service Coordinator, Delia returned to PRS as a Regional Coordinator, where she loves supporting her RSCs, encouraging their growth, and creating a team environment rooted in compassion and God’s love. ❤️

Outside of work, Delia enjoys early-morning walks, quiet time with family, curry chicken and rice, and traveling to St. Thomas, USVI. 🌴

Her daily motivation? Knowing she’s making a difference in the lives of others.
